Kurt graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1977 with a B.A. in Political Science. Currently the managing partner of Dickler & Roth, LLP a boutique real estate firm in New York’s financial district, Kurt has been admitted to practice law in New Mexico since 1997. From 2012-2022 he served as a Trustee to the University of New Mexico Foundation. He is also a member of the Tom C. Popejoy Society and the New Horizons Society at UNM.

Raquel spent over 20 years of service at the University of New Mexico (UNM) Foundation and University Development Office. During her tenure at UNM, she played a critical role in the success of the foundation with long term planning and managing policy and governance to effect the mission and vision of the University’s Foundation as Associate Vice-President of Executive Programs. Additionally, she served as the liaison and advisor to the President/CEO and Chair of the Board as a part of the Foundation’s executive team. Raquel has deep expertise in strategic planning, process optimization, organizational behavior, leadership development, and communication strategies. Raquel currently serves as General Manager of Lifeline Financial Group in Beverly Hills, CA. Lifeline is a wealth management family office for professional sports athletes and entertainers.

Rick Siegel graduated from The University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management in 1973 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting. In fact, the entire Siegel Family, including Rick’s wife, Nancy, and two children, are Lobo alumni! Mr. Siegel is an avid sports fan—is most passionate about the Lobos—and has been an active member in helping shape the athletics community for 20 years.

Mr. Siegel has decades of experience in the financial and IT departments. He was self-employed for 20 years as the owner of one of Albuquerque’s largest audio-visual companies, Advanced Presentation Systems. Prior to that, Mr. Siegel was employed by Ranchers Exploration and Development, a publicly held corporation in Albuquerque, where he managed the data processing division and had additional financial responsibilities.

Currently, Mr. Siegel serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Lobo Development Board—a regent-owned, non-profit company created under the University Research Park and Development Act. The Lobo Development Corporation was formed to help advance the goals of The University of New Mexico by facilitating non-traditional real estate development by way of collaborative and innovative approaches. Mr. Siegel is also a Board Member for the UNM Lobo Club—a non-profit that raises funds to help provide financial support for UNM Athletics—and serves on the Lobo Club’s Finance and Executive Committees.

Giving back has always played a major role in Mr. Siegel’s life. As a generous donor to The University of New Mexico, Mr. Siegel is a member of prestigious philanthropic groups including the Tom Popejoy Society and Lobo Champions Council. Mr. Siegel also helps provide UNM’s Presidential Scholar Scholarship each year.

Mr. Siegel enjoys seeing student-athletes accomplish their dreams and works tirelessly to help ensure every opportunity is available for them to succeed.
